Michele's Approach

Physical Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

Integrative Therapies is a wellness practice for those impacted by illness, injury, pain, stress & trauma. Conditions may involve: persistent pain & inflammation, fatigue, mobility limitations, digestive disorders, autoimmunity, and/or nervous system dysregulation.

I offer simple body-mind practices of easy movement with attention to breath and sensation, integrated with gentle hands-on care to encourage healing through a felt sense of safety & positive self-connection.

This approach develops powerful self-awareness as clients discover newfound abilities to SELF-care in all circumstances. Spirits soar as clients realize a more meaningful way of life they believed was lost.

My Perspective and Passion:

Health and wellbeing require experiences of safety, support, and positive connection with ourselves, others, and our environment. Restoring wellbeing is a process of discovering our innate wholeness through the integration of body, mind and spirit, which adds meaning and purpose to our lives. I am passionate about my work because I believe in the potential of individuals to experience freedom from suffering when provided with compassionate support. My intention is to support clients with education and customized treatment, allowing them explore and experience possibilities for positive change and ongoing self care.
